I recently stayed at a hotel in Gisenyi and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with a private beach and pool for relaxation. The hotel was well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I especially enjoyed watching TV in bed after a long day of traveling. The hotel also had a book on Rwanda's development in every room, which was a nice touch. I had a relaxing night at the hotel and would definitely recommend it.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Rwanda, situated on the beautiful Lake Kivu. The location was perfect for relaxation and the hotel had its own private sandy beach, where I enjoyed swimming in the lake. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I particularly want to thank Mustafa Arafat, the Sales & Reservation Manager, for making our birthday celebrations so memorable. The hotel also had a great pool, bar, and restaurant, providing excellent service and delicious food.
The only downside was that we were occasionally approached by people trying to sell boat trips outside the hotel.

The free shuttle and breakfast were nice touches, and the room had a decent view of the water. It's located close to the border and has easy access to nearby food options.
The Wi-Fi was slow and overpriced. The staff was unresponsive and rude when I brought it up.

We were amazed by the stunning views of the lake and the peaceful environment at Lake Kivu Serena. The private beach was a delightful retreat, and the well-maintained gardens added to the serene ambiance. The food was delicious, especially the wide selection offered for breakfast. Despite the slightly small and less cozy rooms, the balcony and unobstructed views of the lake and sunsets made up for any discomfort. we highly recommend this hotel for a tranquil and memorable stay.

During our Easter weekend getaway, we were pleased with the easy check-in and check-out process at the hotel. The location was fantastic, situated right on the shore of the lake, providing magnificent views. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet, which offered a wide selection of choices and had attentive staff.
There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't appreciate. some rooms were affected by loud music from the nearby bar during weekends, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, making me feel pampered and well taken care of. The immaculately clean and comfortable rooms were a welcome retreat after a long day of exploring. The breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the lake was not only delicious, but the serene atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. The hotel's amenities, such as the swimming pool and fitness center, added to my overall comfort and relaxation during my stay. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great plus.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
